Fishing and Processing Technology

Fishing and processing technology program offers MS and Ph.D. degrees with an emphasis on the conservation of fishery resources, selectivity of fishing gears, population dynamics of marine organisms, seafood processing technology, chemical, microbiological and sensory evaluation of seafood as well as seafood quality and security.
